High-level description: Join us for an in-depth workshop that will discuss the results of empirical research on AI competencies and governance practices in the public sector. This session will focus on the competencies needed by individuals and the appropriate governance practices for public organisations. Attendees will engage in discussions aimed at developing guidelines and actions for enhancing AI usage in public sector entities across Europe. The discussion will be enriched by insights from Prof. Rony Medaglia from Copenhagen Business School and Prof. Patrick Mikalef, who will contribute their expertise in digitalisation and IT strategy in public administration.
